Tshidi’s journey into Talent Acquisition began over two decades ago. While working at a university call center, he discovered a natural aptitude for connecting with people and understanding their needs. This early experience ignited his passion for the field.
Throughout his career, Tshidi has held various Talent Acquisition roles, including leading recruitment efforts across Africa, the Middle East, and Australia, and working for multiple regional and international organizations. These experiences have equipped him with a deep understanding of diverse markets and cultures. His passion for TA and commitment to excellence have driven him to excel in his roles and make a significant impact on organizations.
Inspired by his love for Talent Acquisition and a desire to make a positive difference, Tshidi founded ToTM Consulting.
